Welcome to My Portfolio

Background:
Hello there, my name is Ashleigh. I'm 19 years old, and I was born and raised in Florida. Briefly, I lived in Georgia when my mother moved away, but I now take residency in Florida again while attending SCF.In Spring 2026, I will be transferring to USF to pursue a degree in Graphic Arts, and eventually I will get a second degree in Computer Science after serving in the Navy. My parents have been my biggest supporters since I was young, and are helping me navigate the nuances of being an adult while I try and make a name for myself.

Why I am an Artist:
I like to say I've been an artist since I was just 3 years old, mostly because that's the age I decided coloring tile grout lines with crayon was a good idea. But hey, they looked good! In my opinion at least... Anyways, I've always had a creative spirit, and it only grew with age and more access to art supplies (as well as Pinterest). I opted for sharpies at first, then other alcohol marker brands, then eventually acrylic and watercolor paints. It wasn't until I gained access to Adobe Photoshop at 16 years old that my art really started to flourish and gain attention. After stepping into the world of digital art, many more doors opened. I've made many drawings in the past 5 years via my computer, from drawing fanart of movie characters, to designing custom tattoo art, to even illustrating fully rendered backgrounds and characters as commissions for people.
I hope to share my art with many, and serve as a reminder that it doesn't matter how long you've been an artist or what medium you've used — anyone can be creative! All it takes is a little passion and determination.
